At the Ethiopian restaurant, the table behind sat three college girls, most likely sorority girls (the ultra-low-rise pants and Abercrombie shit gave it away). After a long discussion about whether or not to order tiramisu, one of them says:
"Ladyfingers are a vegetable, right?"
She maintains that even though the ladyfingers in tiramisu are cookies, that there ARE vegetables called ladyfingers. Suure.
Also in the same dinner:
"Oh yeah, 'cause we both hated water!!"
How do you HATE water?! Okay, city water, maybe. But water doesn't TASTE like anything!
I guess I have to give them credit, though. They were at the Ethiopian restaurant, and not 'Dos Gringos Trailer Park' bar and trashy mexican place down the street.
